Relax, Reflect, Refresh; Time to reconnect with the God who loves you. Stillness, reflective prayer, music, praying with scripture, an optional prayer walk. Time as a group but also time to be silent if you wish.

Please bring your journal or a notebook; do bring your paints if you this helps you to pray. If you hope to do the prayer walk please have suitable foot wear to walk around the grounds.
