Booking conditions

All bookings will be held as provisional until a deposit is paid and completed Booking Form is returned which should be within 14 days of the enquiry.

All deposits are non-refundable and are as follows:

Child Reductions: Under 15’s £10

Cancellation policy

Charges for cancelled bookings will be made as follows:

Less than 8 weeks: 50%

Less than 4 weeks: 75%

Less than 2 weeks: 90%

The final invoice will be due for payment 7 days before the event: we accept cash, cheques and major debit and credit cards and bank transfer.
