Day Retreat with Archdeacon Mark Ireland

In these days when travel is still very difficult, we would like to invite you on a virtual pilgrimage to the Holy Land, in the comfort and beautiful surroundings of Whalley Abbey.

Archdeacon Mark and his wife Gill led a pilgrimage just before COVID-19 that involved staying in Galilee, Bethlehem, Amman and Petra.  Walking in the footsteps of Moses and Jesus, this quiet day will reflect on biblical sites in the light of contemporary political complexities.

Do join us for this exciting journey with Archdeacon Mark Ireland.

The day retreat also includes tea/coffee and pastries plus a two-course lunch in the refectory.

Tickets are available for £30.00 and can be reserved by clicking the blue button just below.
