Discover a sanctuary of peace and renewal. Our retreat offers a blend of relaxation, prayer, mindfulness and holistic care, designed to recharge your body, mind, and spirit. We will think about the God-seed inside us, in the context of the ancient history of the monastic site of Whalley Abbey and Christian scriptures. Leave refreshed, balanced, and ready to embrace life anew. Features: creative workshops, breathwork, guided meditation, yoga, prayer and silence.

Rev’d Anna Walker, Director of Whalley Abbey, is looking after the spiritual care and teaching on the retreat.

Jeanette Calderbank is a retired teacher and a grandma, and an Authorised Lay Minister in her church. She is a lover of essential oils, breath work and meditation. She also finds calm through creativity and loves sharing her practices and skills with others.

Helen Morgan is a yoga leader, and having seen and felt the benefits of this ancient practice in her own life, wants to bring peace and calm into as many busy hearts and minds as possible.
