Celebrate Songs of the Spirit

From ‘Walk in the Light’ to ‘Our God Reigns’, from ‘This is my Body’ to ‘Here I am Lord’, this collection of Hymns written in the 70’s and 80’s have deepened a generation’s faith. Come and spend a day singing old favourites (or learning new ones) and feel the power of the Holy Spirit in song. A delicious two course lunch and finishing with a Eucharist filled with the music from the Songs of the Spirit, along with the chance to explore Whalley Abbey and let God sing within us, make this day unmissable. If you are a musician why not bring your instrument and join in. Remember whatever you think your singing voice sounds like God hears the beauty in it, this is worship not a performance.
